A 67 acre parcel on the northwest corner of Bonita Beach Rd. and Bonita Grande Drive, east of I-75, will be developed into a commercial, retail and residential community.

Midtown at Bonita is being developed by the Zuckerman Group, based in Coconut Creek, Florida. The company has built several residential communities in Southwest Florida, including Sienna Reserve in Naples and Venetian Pointe in South Fort Myers.

Midtown at Bonita will be a mixed use development with 315,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, 482 multi-family residential units and a six story 165 room hotel. The project is slated to cost $186 million to construct.
