This is a VACATION RENTAL only. Owner will not consider an annual rental. Weekly rentals permitted. Villa Sunny is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom electric-heated pool home located on a gulf access canal. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests (including children) and will accommodate up to 2 pets that do not exceed a combined weight of 35 lbs. (cats not allowed) Please inquire for possible pet exceptions. Villa Sunny is located in SW Cape Coral near the "downtown" area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Living Areas: Flat-screen TV and comfortable seating in the living room with an additional area off the kitchen with a desk setup. Kitchen & Dining: Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with room for 6 as well as additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. Primary Bedroom: King bed & flat-screen TV. Primary Bathroom: Walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead & double-sink vanity. Guest Bedrooms: 1st has a Queen bed & flat-screen TV, the 2nd has a twin bunk bed. Guest Bathroom: Shower/tub combo. Pool Area: Electric-heated pool with northern exposure, dining area with room for 6, sun loungers, grill, and concrete dock. This home is great for guests looking for a quiet neighborhood close to shopping.
