This is a VACATION RENTAL only. Owner will not consider an annual rental. Weekly rentals permitted. Villa Sienna is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property with an electric heated pool and is located on a gulf access canal. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests (including children) and will accommodate up to 2 pets that do not exceed a combined weight of 35 lbs. Please inquire for possible pet exceptions. Please note: the boat lift is NOT available for guest use. Villa Sienna is located in SW Cape Coral near Sands Park and "downtown" with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Living Areas: Flat-screen TV and double sliders to the pool area, and an additional seating area next to the open-corner sliders. Kitchen & Dining: Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with room for 6, additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and a desk area available. Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV & sliders. Primary Bathroom: Open oversized walk-in shower & jetted soaking tub. Guest Bedrooms: First has a king bed with a flat-screen TV & second has 2 twin beds with a flat-screen TV. Guest Bathrooms: First has a shower/tub combo and the second has a walk-in shower. Pool area: Electric-heated pool with northern exposure. A dining area with seating for 6 and an outdoor kitchen with sink & mini fridge, sun loungers & grill. Concrete dock is available but boat lift is not. This home is great for guests who are looking for a private bathroom per bedroom.
