It is located in the coveted Sandoval gated community, which offers a playground, community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and a volleyball court complete with sand. This home sleeps a maximum of 7 guests (including children) and is not pet friendly. Villa Eleadora is located in SW Cape Coral within the Sandoval Gated Community that gives you access to all the community amenities. The home is close to multiple parks such as Fellowship and Jim Jeffers Parks. It's a short drive away from Matlacha, a small island town with local art shops and restaurants. Living Area: Flat-screen TV with YouTube TV. Kitchen & Dining: Fully Equipped kitchen, a dining area with room for 6 and additional room for 4 at the kitchen island breakfast bar. Primary Bedroom: King bed & flat-screen TV. Primary Bathroom: Oversized walk-in shower & a dual-sink vanity. Guest Bedrooms: Queen beds in each. Guest Bathrooms: The first has a shower/tub combo & the second has a walk-in shower. Outside: Screened in back screened area, dining area and grill. This house is great for a quiet neighborhood with plenty of community amenities.
