The developer of a food truck park has received approval from the Bonita Springs City Council to move forward with their plans.
Magnus Family Investments will purchase the city owned property at 27333 Old 41 Road for $425,000. The food truck park will have eight pads with full utility access. A two-story seating area and bar with restrooms will accompany the project. Twenty-five parking spaces are slated to be built on a city owned lot at 27400 Old 41 Rd.
The City Council will need to approve the formal sale and rezoning of the property for construction to begin.
The developer estimates it will take two years and cost $3 million to complete the project.
