The Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) has released statistics for home sales in June. Closed sales totaled 751 last month, down from 783 in June 2010. Median price increased slightly during the same period rising from $200,000 one year ago to $203,000 today. The average number of days a home was on the market before going under contract was 187 in June 2011, up 3% from 181 days in June 2010. The Naples home inventory has seen a tremendous drop in the past year and now sits at a 9 month supply of 7208 units, down 19% from 8845 homes and condos for sale one year ago.
