Q.- The number of foreclosures seems to be dropping. Will we have the same number of homes to choose from?
A.-For the year 2011, the answer will be yes. However, as we go forward, the number of foreclosures should begin to dwindle down as the economy improves and homeowners are able to to make their mortgage payments.
